Welcome to Pro Bin Hire. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

Pro Bin Hire provides skip bin hire services for waste removal across Melbourne. Services are subject to availability and operational areas.

2. Bookings and Payment

• All bookings must be made via our website, bank transfer, phone, or email.
• Payment must be made prior to or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional charges may apply for overfilled bins, extended hire periods, or disposal of prohibited waste.
• If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe and third-party services are engaged to recover the outstanding amount, the customer will be responsible for all associated recovery costs, including third-party service fees.

3. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery and pickup times are estimates only and may vary based on demand and weather conditions.
• Customers must ensure the delivery site is accessible and safe.
• Bins must not be moved after placement without prior consent.

4. Waste Restrictions

The following materials are prohibited:

• Hazardous waste (e.g., asbestos, chemicals)
• Liquids (e.g., paints, oils)
• Gas cylinders
• Tyres (unless arranged separately)
• Tree stump & logs

A surcharge may apply for non-compliance.

5. Responsibility for the Skip Bin

• The hirer is responsible for the bin during the hire period.
• Damage to bins (beyond normal wear and tear) may result in additional charges.
• The bin must not be overfilled above the rim for safe transport.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Liability

Pro Bin Hire is not liable for:

• Any damage to property caused during delivery or pickup (customer must ensure safe access).
• Any injury resulting from the misuse of the bin.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
